During my time on FANDOM, I've seen moments where amendments to the United States Constitution are cited by users as justification for their actions and/or as evidence against local decisions. However, such citations rarely prove to be valid, especially when a user lacks the proper understanding behind the amendments and how the network operates.

In this blog, I'll break down a few amendments – and how they really don't pertain to, say, a FANDOM chat ban.
